1.For their new "WhiskerTag" (Ultra-Compact Cat Tracker):
-Need: An exceptionally thin and light battery to fit a housing under 28mm in diameter.
-Constraints: Required a minimum of 7-day standby time, with a 3-5mm maximum thickness to ensure feline comfort.
-Challenge: Maximizing capacity within an extremely confined, irregular space.
2.For their flagship "Guardian Pro" Smart Dog Tag:
-Need: A robust, higher-capacity battery to support frequent GPS pings and a longer 14-day operational cycle.
-Constraints: Needed to withstand variable outdoor temperatures and maintain stable voltage under pulsed discharge loads.
-Challenge: Balancing increased capacity with a durable form factor that fits a sleek, canine-proof casing.
Their existing battery suppliers could not provide the custom-shaped form factors or the specific energy-density-to-size ratio required without compromising on cycle life or safety.

3.Performance: Utilized our advanced high-energy-density cathode material to achieve the target runtime in a sub-4mm profile.
（2）. For the "Guardian Pro" (Dog Tag):
-Product: A high-reliability, 3.7V 600mAh Li-Po battery with enhanced discharge capability.
-Customization:
1.Dimensions: Engineered a robust 5.0mm (T) x 30mm (W) x 42mm (L) pack with reinforced casing.
3.Connector & Protection: Supplied with a custom wire harness and an integrated PCB (Protection Circuit Module) featuring over-charge, over-discharge, short-circuit, and temperature protection.
3.Performance: Specially formulated electrolyte for improved performance in a range of -10°C to 50°C, crucial for outdoor pet use.
